Walter Segsworth has over 50 years of experience in mining throughout Canada and overseas and has served as a senior officer of several mining companies including Westmin Resources, where he was President, CEO and Director, and Homestake Mining Company, where he was President, COO and Director. Since the 1990s, Mr. Segsworth has been a Director and Chair of several mining, exploration and power companies as well as being Chair of the Board of Science World for many years. He is currently a member of the Safety and Security Committee of TRIUMF, Canada’s Particle Accelerator. Mr. Segsworth is past Chair of the Mining Association of British Columbia and the Mining Association of Canada and was named B.C.’ s Mining Person of the year in 1996. He is a 1971 graduate of the Mining Engineering program at Michigan Technological University.

Mr. Gray has years of experience as a senior officer of IDA member firms. He currently maintains a licence through Pollitt and Co. in Toronto. He is the founder and past president of St. James Securities and Toll Cross Securities, where he specialized in the junior resource market.

Mr. Wellings is a finance professional with over 30 years of international experience in both the mining industry and mining finance sector. Until its recent acquisition by Altius Minerals Corporation, Mr. Wellings was Vice Chair and the Executive Vice President, Technical at Lithium Royalty Corp. Mr. Wellings is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Huffman has over 20 years of capital market experience in the mining sector, spanning positions in institutional mining equity sales, fund management, and mining equity research. He is currently Senior Vice President, Capital Markets at Magna Mining Inc. Mr. Huffman holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences (Geology) from the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.
